I just want to commend Sterling for having a great staff member like Claudia Garcia. Claudia walked me through on submitting my background check, I had some difficulty understanding the process and Claudia was so kind as to help me and submitting it.

I don't know why companies are using this company to do checks. I signed up to uber eats. I had to do this stupid check on here. I did as I had to do putting my address into their site. Their site has decided to put all my address as one address and mess up my entire application with uber eats. I now can't sign up to uber eats because my phone number is already on uber eats account as signed up. This is a pointless company that should not be used ever in the UK. the people who work here are not fluent in english. They're from pakistan or somewhere foreign arccross the globe. When ringing a uk company you would think you would get a uk enligh person to speak to. Thanks for ruining my job with uber eats.
