Excellent service, clear advice

So many questions asked, employment gaps, my previous employers asked if they would rehire me (even though it’s been almost a decade!), my HR department has been copied in over voluntary work I did… it’s very invasive and time consuming (about 7 emails sent asking for more documents like employment contracts and employment letters- most of which I had to dig out) if you’ve had several jobs/experience positions within their time frame. Stressful too. Update; I’m less than a week away from my start date and guess what? Nothing. They asked for more documents which I’ve promptly and desperately provided despite me needing time off for my eye surgery. I do not know what will happen if my employer cannot verify my employment. There is little help for candidates and this sham of a company refuses to give you, the candidate whose details they have requested, and information back! Every time I seem to speak to someone who doesn’t really know how to do their job or has terrible reception. Or both.
