The CSR was very well trained & accomodating!

I had thought I had submitted my background check a month prior from my hire date but it didn't go through. I only had three full business days left to get done. The representative was very helpful and said she would note the urgency on getting it done by the due date. I was so thankful it was done in two days.

I had a great experience with Sterling. The staff was very helpful & polite. If I had any problems, they were quick to respond.

I appreciate how the website's instructions were easy to read and follow. I did have weird issue where I couldn't reach the submission page after completely filling everything out. Fortunately, since signing out of the website and signing back in solved the problem, I only removed one star. Overall, Sterling provides good service!
