Dedicated and cooperative staff with a transparent procedure for background screening accomplished by the Sterling Company. It was a pleasant experience, indeed.

Everything about Sterling was great with one exception: when prompted to select a pre-employment drug screen site, I was given - at 5:15 pm EDST on a Friday, 3 locations to choose from; and all outside of Sterling's network so that I would be required to await a snail-mail hardcopy custody form. Monday am, I contacted a Sterling Care Rep who worked through for 45 minutes to re-direct me to a site I could provide the sample on a walk-in basis. That was great, but it would have made it less anxious / stressful for me to have had that info originally on Friday so I did not need to fret over the weekend how I was going to accomplish a sample provision within the stated maximum 48 hour period to do so !!!

The response is fast to any mail. The processes completed within few days

1.] What has made the company great is that you sort out the problems that is difficult for your client - being unable to do on our own. 2.] Performing task for the employers is a big emplacement, it has brought many successful members to the teams across the state. In which we do appreciate. Thank you for helping me in my time of need. All in good standings the integrity and moral is honored.
