No good! Offer really terrible service, the turn around time is trash I would not recommend. Find another company that offer their services, any other company is better than Sterling. Don’t make the mistake I made

Do not trust this company top conduct any background checks. Very unreliable and customer service is very bad! They take weeks on weeks to complete a simple background check. If I could give less than 1 star I would they don't even deserve 1 star! I am surprised they are still in business

They will drag out the process and take weeks on weeks and no one will reply to your request! very bad service I cannot stress that enough! do not use their services for any reason at all!!!

Extremely terrible service… firstly after filling the form for Stuart Background check, sterling system didn’t allow me to do digital id verification. Next day called to sterling, they fixed the issue and uploaded all documents. After a week received email to upload right to work, uploaded then after half an hour received another email to upload right to work documents… uploaded again and in next few minutes received another email that we are unable to verify your verification… called them again and they said that there is no issue with the documents… only live selfie is rejected and now you have to contact your hiring company…

They can't recognize a picture is not a picture in picture multiple time i had to upload a selfie with my id and now the last time i was sent the link to upload it again and it says session expired and i received an email saying that they can not do the verification and to talk with the employer. Incompetence to it's finest.
