Fast and Quality
The product shipped very fast and the products were quality. We had a missing item and they were quick with communication and responding to the issue. Very professional and would highly recommend.

Customer service was A+
The products came in perfect condition. The few times I needed to chat with someone about what to order, how to order a specific size/cut, ordering shipment timing…they were quick to call back and give all information needed. Customer service is A+… I would highly recommend this company.

Packaging/ Freight Handler problem
From viewing the parts online to ordering to being contacted and kept updated when order was shipped was great but when the white oak handrails arrived the packaging was only partially covering the handrails. Half of the packaging was destroyed and separate from the items being protected, I was very disappointed and was going to send them back but after closer inspection they both had minor scratches and I decided I could repair them! In my opinion Packaging, Shipping and Freight handler need to be more aware and figure out how to protect these long objects better

This is outside our control but do have confidence that our shipping partners have a 96% rate in successful claim-free shipping. We attempt to package our products well that will withstand the transport to your door. Our apologies again for this unknown issue! Website was easy to use
Website was easy to use, friendly customer service and the parts arrived as scheduled. The wood pieces were packed well and ready to stain. Would definitely purchase from this company again.

Really disappointed
Really disappointed. Your web paged showed finished pieces I bought. When I received them they were a unfinished. Disappointed. Or confused by pictures. Ordered 12 pieces of finished quarter round received four pieces. Just didn’t think I got what I ordered. Sorry.

Paul, we are disappointed that you never reached out to us before providing this review. Both concerns you mentioned are clearly noted on our website. Regarding finishing/staining of wood, we clearly state that all wood products are unfinished. We provide the product pictures as a representation of one of 16+ wood species with no stain; just a clear finish. All of the wood species are shown which states our wood stair parts are not finished. Regarding the quarter round, you ordered 12 feet, not 12 pieces. You can order either by the foot; up to 8 ft OR by particular lengths from 10-16 foot piece. If we would have heard from you prior to your order, we would have easily clarified. If you would have called us after your purchase, we would have gladly found ways for some remedy. Unfortunately neither happened and are left with a poor review that isn't a true reflection of our company outstanding service and its premier stair parts. Our apologies for your misunderstandings. We ALWAYS try to provide our stair parts exactly how our customer expected.
