My order was delivered but it was the wrong size, so they sent out the right size and let me keep the wrong ones. Amazing customer service!! Thank you again steppers are awesome!!

I was very pleased with their customer support and satisfactory. Company like them makes me comfortable sharing experiences with others such as my friends and family about their products and customer support.

There was an error with my order, most likely user error when I had an internet crash. Went back in to complete the order and didn't realize it had reset back to size 5. Reached out to ask how to return/replace. Took a few days to sort everything out, but they are sending me the correct size. Not only that, they said to gift the smaller ones to someone else. So top notch customer service.

Best insoles I've ever used. On my feet most of the day on various surfaces, these are great. Wish I would had these years ago.

Hands down or soles of my feet down, the absolute best cushioned sole I’ve ever used. I legitimately just ordered 5 more pair for myself. I only use them for my work boots, I drive a dump bed trailer for a road construction company and I legitimately have more pep in my step with these even though I suffer from arthritis in both my knees and have had arthroscopic surgery on both knees.

Although it took a while to receive the inserts,they immediately changed my mood when I stepped into my shoes. I even tried them in a very uncomfortable pair of boots I have and it completely changed the feel. I highly recommend this product. I even ordered two more.
