Dear Wayne, Thank you for your feedback on your recent Stepprs order. We're sorry to hear that the size 49/50 insoles seem smaller than expected. To ensure you have the best fit, we recommend double-checking our size chart, which includes measurements in centimeters for precise sizing. If you've confirmed the size and still find the insoles too small or narrow, please don't hesitate to contact our customer support team at [email protected]. They can help you explore options such as exchanging the insoles for a different size or providing a refund. We value your business and want to ensure you have a positive experience with Stepprs. Sincerely, The Stepprs Team
