One of the better sets of insoles I have purchased.

It's very comfortable but the only problem was it make the shoe fits tighter as the insole is quite thick.

Unfortunately a significant delay in my Stepprs being delivered (6 weeks) meant I have only just received them and worn them twice. I will need to purchase trainers that are half a size bigger in order to have them in my foot wear ( as I got cramp whilst wearing them due to them making my footwear too small ). Too early to feel any benefit

Ive bought like 6 pairs now always comes from china takes long to get them, always has a crd saying use code for discount but then when you use it says code in no longer valid, anyways i put them in all my cowboy boots and work boots their a little better than what came in them, hasn't made a major difference, ive got the heel pads they are terrible, hard to get in a boot, don't stick well to leather or a boot, they stick to your socks and come out of the boots , ive also bought the foot roller messager and that thing is actually awesome and works

A good insole would recommend, helps stimulate the soles of your feet.
