This company is a scam. They told me that they sent the products ordered and paid for by me. They lied. Inpost a reputable courier company in the UK have now informed me that the parcel has not entered their system even though Stepprs have shown the items as arrived at the courier company. I have updated PayPal with the latest, honest information and will now be expecting a full refund. As per Stepprs terms and conditions. It is interesting to note that this Facebook advertisement does not show customers feedback. UPDATE. Stepprs provided zero help and lied about the fulfilment of the order. However Inpost provided superb help when the supplier, Stepprs gave no assistance at all. I was convinced that my parcel was permanently lost. The team at Inpost gave updates and once the parcel was located, delivered it efficiently. I will make my mind up about the product in time. My advice is avoid this company! Final update. I have received notification that my payment is being refunded. This is confirmed by PayPal and will be made by 30th December. I thank them for this.

Ok for a short time but not great for every foot condition

On my feet 8 hours a day on hard concrete. Pretty average very thin and don’t really work the way supposed to provide comfort. I’ll go back to my gel inserts and the price in Aussie dollars they are pricey and delivered from china

The insoles they are really comfortable. 3 stars because the estimated arriving time is "4-6" days, but surprise, it take 2 weeks to arrive me, that's insane and the price to be honest it's a bit high

I dislike red green and brown. Balance up and down, Open to reposturization methods. Improve anatomical structure to properly coordinate energy flow the way to optimize performance without genetic instruction divert enerry spikes in either direction in all dimensions.i love my daughter and my mother they would never hurt me they support my growth and prosperity nor i just the same .keep intrusive thoughts away

Product wasn’t to bad, although haven’t found it’s helped my feet walking around on concrete all day at work. Customer service was good they sent me out another pair plus heel cushions, I’ve found putting both pairs in my boots at same time is slightly better. Overall haven’t helped a lot but still the best insoles on the market I have found so far.

Really good product. Appallingly slow delivery time. Waited nearly three weeks for delivery.

They are confortable but not like the ad says, that take the pain and tiredness away.....
