Happy that my Stepprs arrived in time for a visit with family, they have been such a relief - I will be ordering more for myself and for my children to try.

I bought my first set of 5 Stepprs and like them so much that I bought an additional 5. Stepprs would have got a solid 5 star rating from me but after the first purchase I found they are shipped from China.

I had an initial problem with a long delay in receiving my order I contacted stepps and in fairness they forwarded a second order free of charge plus a small gift the insoles are comfortable and a significant improvement using them in my shoes thank you for your positive response and subsequent action

Stepprs helped a lot with my pain in my feet would recommend to anyone suffering suffering from painful feet

Only worn them once inside a pair of football boots but noticed a big difference

Response from customer service was great. Not receiving updates through email for order confirmation or shipping info is concerning.

My husband stands on concrete and metal floors all day. His feet were really having lots of pain, by the end of the day. He tried the Stepprs and was very pleased for the relief he felt. He doesn’t give products positive comments often but he likes Stepprs.
