I bought the massage, plush, cashmere & height insoles. Do not order the "height insoles"if you still need softness. The "height insoles" were extremely hard. The cashmere insoles is fake fur that peels off easily as cheap lint. I am a disabled veteran with an injury to my foot which requires soft insoles. My favorite insole is the massage insole with the plush insole coming in 2nd place. What will make these insoles better for plantar fasciitis, is if they add more cushion to the heels. The insoles are too thin for longevity in my opinion. I'll update my review in a year because I just received them today after waiting over 3.5 weeks. And It shipped 16 days after ordering. I sent an email for a return on the height insole, but they haven't responded as of yet, so I can't comment on their return process.

I ordered Stepper soles. I have to admit that it wasn't a very good purchase. I accidentally ordered one size smaller. Honestly, even if the right size had come, I don't think there would be a big difference anyway. Heels are hurting more than with original soles.I work in construction, I'm on my feet all day. If work shoes aren't the cheapest, I definitely don't recommend these soles! However, if you have cheap shoes, then Steppers soles are probably pretty good.

Slow despatch. Bought fasciitis relief kit. But not impressed to be honest. Rolling a tennis ball feels like it gives better relief.

Order my insoles for my work boots as I’m on my feet for 10 hours + a day . Delivery said 5 to 7 days . They arrived after 20 days . Felt great at first but then after a short time my toes seemed to be squashed, especially my little toe . So all in all not a great buy .

Have got one order and product is ok. Did new order bigger - and its lost... Company answeres but not doing anything only promissing. Had sent several reminders... Nothing still...

I am pleased by the use of the product, but the shipping took more than 2 weeks to Slovakia, Europe. The estimated shipment time was 4-6 days. I was a bit curious that i might have been scammed, but now that I got it (after 16 days), I can finally enjoy the product.

When I received this product after more than 16 to 18 days after delivery , the first day was painless for my foot and walkin was good the arch and floor roll works well to message the whole foot and target them pressure points.
