Ordered these said 4 to 6 days delivery cost £20. Had to chase them three times asking about delivery time. The app they said would track didn’t. Finally received them after 15 days. Worm them for past week and can see no difference in pain. They sell the same on Amazon for a lot less. If they did the job wouldn’t mind paying the 20 but they don’t in my opinion offer any help with plantar fasciitis as mentioned in there adds

I have not received my order and it has been 3 weeks. Im anxious to try but won't order again because they are shipped from China and it takes too long!

The product that you advertise is not the same that I received

You offer free shipping, tell us its gonna be 3-5 business days, slap a counterfeit label on it and ship it from china where it takes a month to get here. Then it shows up at the post office to be held with having to pay the shipping anyway. Good work, good business ethics with lying and deceit. Regardless if your product is good or not, which i haven’t tested them out yet so you get an extra star for that just in case, but your shady policies will make me tell people to never order anything from you. Work your *stuff* out.

Delivery time was quoted as 6 days maximum but took 17 days!! If I was told this I would have bought elsewhere the item itself (shoe heel pads) were in my opinion not worth the price, they came away from the shoe after wearing once, will buy from a UK company when replacing them

I am 78 and sometimes unsteady on my feet, I tried these Stepprs for the first time today, it felt like I was walking on a bed,comfortable yes, safe no,not if you have balance problems,also they tire my legs out, I would not advise these insoles for people with mobility problems. Stepprs say ... Podiatrist Recommended ... really!

Insoles just aren’t like what is advertised. Very disappointed. I’ve requested a refund but haven’t heard back from the company yet.

Not a fan of having to download another app and pay to see where my order is. That’s absolutely ridiculous. And haven’t even seen a date for my order. Cmon man.
