StepprsReviews of stepprs.com

Ordered from ancestral cosmetics from thier website. Considering It’s expensive product, the packaging is very poor. My package/products arrived today with broken lids. It shows very good packaging on advertisement but it reality , it has very poor packaging. I have ordered so many times and I don’t post any reviews in the past because I am hoping that the packaging will change but it did not. My worries that my products get damage when it arrived on me became TRUE. I have complained via email about packaging but don’t get acknowledge. So hoping this will reach the attention of Ancestral Cosmetics because I like your products but I don’t like my products arrived on me broken!!!!! Broken!!!!!

Ce site fait du drop shipping. Vous trouverez les mêmes semelles sur temu pour 2 euros.

BEWARE They take money from your account then say we already delivered your order within 2 hours it’s a SCAM

Got 4 good days out of them before I reverted back to my original inserts that came with the shoes. Very thin inserts. Would not recommend.

I purchased from Stepprs.com on the 23 rd. I luckily took a screenshot because they never sent me and email to confirm. However, my money was taken. Today 26 th I tried to track my order but apparently it doesn’t exist! Scam! No help at all from them . Contacting the fraud squad now

Told they would be 6 day maximum delivery. Emailed several times told production issues due to demand, then contradicted that by saying posted on day of order!! They took over 2 1/2 weeks to arrive. I would like to say they are good after waiting that time but I'm afraid they are wearing after only a week of use at work. I have Aldi gel ones that are far better for £3.99. DO NOT I repeat DO NOT waste your money on these cheap over hyped TICTOK Chinese rubbish! Very upset I have been robbed of 20 quid.

The product took nearly 2 weeks to arrive, I contacted customer service about this and they just emailed me to say they had arrived. Not the point as this was not as advertised but fine. The insoles are not as supportive as expected. Turns out all the videos are of the insoles doubled up! I also ordered the heel pads. These disintegrated after a day and covered the boots and socks in a sticky residue and stuck segments of the pads to everything. Absolute mess. Do not buy!

if you want them in a hurry, look elsewhere! 2+ weeks for delivery. customer service isn't great. Arch on the insole is way too soft for my overpronation and isn't high enough
