Don’t bother buying Stepprs unless you have already a pair of shoes 1 size bigger than your regular! They are indeed comfortable to step on, but, due to their height, it’s impossible for your feet to fit in your regular sized shoes. I bought the heel relief kit including 2 pairs of heel cushion pads. I meant to use the pads for winter boots that are worn at the heel area on the inside. Although they seemed to stick well, once I put my foot in, the cushion was misplaced. I wouldn’t recommend either of the products.

I ordered the cashmere soles, delivered 16 days after (not 6 as stated). As i tried them by just standing on them not even moving the cashmere was already falling off. When i explained the 2 issues to customer service the response was "Good news, the product has been delivered"

Ordered my Stepprs on the 11th Nov and paid £2.99 for postage. It's currently 25th November and I am yet to receive the product. You will download a terrible app called Shop, there you will see nothing happen for days upon days. It turns out the company is based in China and am not hopeful of ever receiving the goods, nor a refund on the order. Beware, it's an Instagram Scam.

after a week from information about the order being sent out and arriving in 4-6 business days I downloade an unnecessary app Shop just to find out thet the order hasnt been sent out yet despite provided info, they lie and requested returning the money, still in the process of waiting for a response! Do not buy, cannot recommend at all.

Ordered these believing that I was dealing with a legitimate UK company. It took 11 days for this order to arrive as a result of the fact that it turned out to be a company in China. These are nothing special insoles and not worth the money, there must be better quality ones supplied by UK companies that are not cheaply produced in China. My advice would be to avoid ordering here.

I'd been seeing adverts for this company and their insoles for some time. After recently starting a new job which sees me on my feet all day & regularly exceeding 15000 steps I decided to 'invest' in these magical insoles. I bought them under the guise of the Black Friday 75% off deal, meaning each insole was roughly about £18 each. Although expensive, I was willing to take the chance on them providing they were as good as everyone was making them out to be. During the checkout process, I noticed the shipping process was listed as 'Hermes Tracked Shipping' (4-6 days), it took 10, that was the first red flag as Hermes hasn't existed for some time now as they rebranded to Evri. I went through with the order regardless and after a couple of days of waiting and the supplied tracking number not working on the Hermes/Evri site or even Stepprs own site, I emailed Stepprs to enquire. They sent me a link and a different tracking number which shows the parcels history. The parcel had originated in China (Which was conviniently kept out of ALL advertisements). As it happens, all the while, I ordered some Identical insoles off of AliExpress for £3 for a 2 pack and they arrived a day before the Stepprs insoles. And when I tell you, the ONLY difference is the Stepprs have the white 'Stepprs' logo on the heelpad, they're otherwise identical. Don't waste your money unnecessarily. I can't speak for their comfort as Ive truly not even opened the Stepprs insoles, the AliExpress ones are fabulous.

I ordered 3 pairs and they have not arrived in the timeframe promised. I’m starting to think they are a scam. No communication from the company. Do not buy.
