I've received two left feet and one slightly bigger than the other. Waiting for seller to come back to me.

I ordered my insoles on Nov 15. Said 4-6 days to arrive. I was given a tracking number but it stopped tracking as of Nov 28 when it left Colorado. I emailed twice with only an AI response that took over 48hrs. I have requested a refund and to cancel my order with no response. Terrible customer service.

Nothing more than an average shoe insert. Don’t waste your money. I’d say it’s a borderline scam based on how much they cost and what I received. So sick of companies like this being allowed to rob consumers.

If there was a way to make it less stars I would! DO NOT deal with them!! They are nothing but scam artists …. I have never received my order and they keep sending me the same spam email that “good news” your order is on the way but Never is! I have been trying for months to either get my order or money back and neither has happened

Its a scam, please dont buy from this store. Its drop shopping. They buy it from temnu for like 3 euros and let it send to there location to put like there brand on it and send it to you. They promise 4-6 days delivery but it takes weeks . No respond on there customer support what so ever

This company is a scam don’t get screwed like I did.run don’t walk away!!ordered 11/10/25 still no show 12/4/25 no tracking. No refund nothing. They don’t care! But they did take the money out of my account the day I ordered.great scam AHOLES in my business we take an order we deliver.

This rating has nothing to do with the actual product and everything to do with the integrity of their shipping. I paid shipping to Stepprs company to have the product delivered… Then received an invalid postage message from the USPS stating I needed to pay an additional $7.60 to retrieve my package because it had a scam shipping label on it- (from Hazel, in Skippack Pennsylvania…) I got to pay for shipping twice… shipping has now cost me almost half as much as the actual product. BEWARE.

Takes forever to receive. They don't tell you they are coming from CHINA! Awful
