Sipping took forever "weeks" for something that only came from about 200 Mi away from my home could not get any response by email forget about contacting them no tracking number provided was literally contacting my bank to pull a Reg-e cuz I figured this was just another Facebook scam. Return shipping address comes back to a moving and storage company should really tell people it's going to take weeks with zero responses and zero tracking I can literally order stuff from the heart of China and it shows up in 11 days I could have drove and pick these things up in 2 hours as far as the product they're good customer service crap

Wouldn’t be buying again, are so thick that they don’t fit inside all my shoes. I tried to contact them but their website makes it impossible. They were expensive and not worth the money.

Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! Tracking number is non-existent, ordered over 2 weeks ago and still nothing to track. Wish I had read the reviews on here before placing an order.

When bought the product it said that delivery would take 4-6 days, 2 weeks later I have no product. Live chat doesn't work at all, stupid bot just repeats the same message. So far it's a scam to me.

(Delivery was slow and deplorable) I needed cushy insoles for arthritis pain in my forefoot. Was really disappointed that while these offered adequate cushioning under heel and arch they had very skimpy foam under the forefoot. Sorry I ordered two pairs.

Cheap materials, made in China. I bought 2 pairs for £36 ( which was on offer) so not cheap. I've tried to return these but haven't had a response from their customer services ( probably doesn't exist ) ANOTHER CHINESE SCAMMING COMPANY WITH A LEGITIMATE LOOKING WEBSITE, MY ADVICE AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!!

Wish I had read these reviews first. I think it should be against the law to not inform you on order page the idem is coming from China. Had trouble getting an order or tracking number. Looks like I'll be kissing that $30 away! Going to report it to the fraud & trade commission and Facebook as a scam. Will not order anything that does not say American made on the page from now on! Received email stating it has been shipped. Still no estimate of delivery. I hope this product turns out to be worth waiting for.
