Do not buy from them! I did on the 9th November and still not received anything and getting no responses on my emails! Complete scam.

Regardless of the fact that they took forever to get here. I kind of give up on them... I wish it had stayed that way. Probably good for just kicking it around the house. But if you're on your feet for instead of period of time, they are not for you.

I ordered these Dec 10. Site says 4-6 business days. They are still in China. Did not realize, of course, that they are coming from China. It is Dec 19th. No delivery, not even on the horizon. When I go to their site, you cannot contact them, as their contact site is "down for something or other" Do not buy - just go to your local store and get something that you can use right away.

How can anyone approve of these Chinese insoles. Yes, they are shipped from China. I've suffered from plantar fasciitis since I was in the military. These insoles are absolutely useless and garbage. They don't support your arches, they barely cushion your heel, and zero support throughout your foot. I can't even return then. You might as well buy a extremely thin piece of memory foam and stick in your shoe.

Impossible to get a response from this company. Ive tried multiple ways and on multiple platforms. Won't ever deal with them again, and want to provide a warning for other potential customers. Whilst I appreciate they may be busy, perhaps its not the best strategy to ignore people! They need to rewrite their guaranteed response time of 48 hours!!!

Stepprs has sent my order to the opposite side of the world. No replacement order has been sent. I’ve asked for a refund and they are refusing to do anything about it. It’s been 2 months now. Do not order this product.

I bought these through an instagram link - what I got is a set of rubbish and poor quality insoles that took over 20 days to come from China and her left me 25£ short ( allegedly discounted from I don’t know how much ) , as I didn’t realise these were also sold on Amazon for a third of the price . But what’s worse is the quality of it , the left sole is plump, the right is flat, giving me a nice imbalance in my walk. I also checked and there is an identical design called Steppers and not Stepprs, so these stepprs seem to be a Chinese copycat of those . But regardless of this , be aware this in my view is shocking bad purchase

Bought a product from Stepprs — poor quality and not as advertised. Emailed them 14 days ago, no response. Zero customer support. Very disappointing. Would not recommend
