I had made a mistake during my order but the customer serviced helped me resolve the situation and were very helpful at every step of the way including a very very fast response time and very quick.live response while I was on my break in work. Thank you so much guys.

Evelyn is a dream team member. I demand a $5 raise per hour. She is worth the money and if you lose her it’s due to you deciding a wrong choice in your whole life as business men making stupid decisions as usual. Please refrain from bringing stupid and give Evelyn her due $5 per hour raise. Thank you, A not satisfied customer thus far if not for Evelyn. Girl power.

A+ Customer Service
I just received my insets so I cannot really speak about them yet, however, the customer service is A+. I had to reach out to customer service regarding shipping question and Evelyn, the customer service representative, personally responded very quickly with an answer to my question. Customer service is what will make me a return customer.

Not too bad
Okay, I was wondering about these, it took a long time plug the trigger and get them. At first, it was a strange thing, After a week in my shoes my feet feel better at the end of the day, they are not perfect, but I spend 10 to 11 hours on concrete, putting in on average 24000 steps a day. I am not sure there is anything out there that can make your feet feel all good at the end of the day. These have help, I have ordered 2 more pairs for other shoes that I like to wear.

All About The Quality
It was the outstanding customer service l received from one of their associates by the name of Evelyn. I found her to be very attentive to the concern l raised regarding the arrival of the insole product. She researched my issue which involved another department to retrieve an answer. Not only am l satisfied with the newly acquired insoles (4) l purchased, l submitted this review without hesitation because Evelyn asked for me to send my honest feedback to Trustpilot. Yes, l purchased 4 to put in multiple shoes. Your feet are what keeps you moving meaning you better take care of them and a great quality insole is the trick that allows your feet to say “Thank you”☺️. Stepprs insoles is the way to go,,,

Although the shipping took a little longer, VERY pleased with the product
Although the shipping took a little longer than expected, I am very pleased with my product. I got a couple pairs, one for lifting shoes, one for running shoes, and one for tennis shoes (for the actual sport of tennis). I like the insoles a LOT in my lifting and running shoes. However, I feel that there isn't quite enough shock absorption in them to put into shoes you wear for a lot of impact sports (impact meaning lots of jumping, stopping, quick running, etc).

It's really comfortable and soft
For the past week, I've tried this stepprs while walking my dog for over an hour. And I must say I was pleasantly surprised, "It's really comfortable and soft!". Also, I bought it in different colors as well. I have the orange, black, gray, green and ordered the limited color, stars and stripes. I love the way it feels on my feet while walking. I feels like I'm walking on clouds.
