Waaaay too expensive for what you get. The insoles were nice in the beginning, after two weeks they're just worn out and don't feel nice anymore. I wasn't sure which size would fit best, so I ordered two different sizes, thinking that I could send one back or swap it with another size. Sent an E-Mail and explained that I would like to swap the size, didn't get any response until now (has been two month now). Sent another email, again no response. The only response is the automated message saying they will get back to me within 72h. Like lots of other online scammers: they pay a lot for marketing and ads, but have zero people in customer service etc.. don't buy!!

I wish I could give a review, but I cannot, because the insoles have not been delivered. I have sent various emails to Stepprs, but no replies. They say it may take 48 hours to reply! My first emails were longer than that. Yodel were supposed to deliver them, they say they have, but nothing anywhere on my property.

Order delivery time advertised on checkout 4-6 business days, in their buried FAQ? 8-15 business days. If a company is this sneaky and subversive about delivery times you can tell its going to be a rough time with the product.

I ordered my new Stepprs on December 1st of 2025. It is as of today the 13th of January 2026 and I HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY ORDER OR MY REFUND!!!

I would give it to zero stars if possible. I ordered back in November and the order was shipped back because I apparently provided the incorrect phone number. I provided the correct one after that and was advised that it will be shipped again and that I will receive the new tracking details as soon as possible however that didn't happen, and it's been 3 months now. Of course I haven't seen my money back as well. 😡

The shipping label was fake. I had to pay the post office an extra $9.25 to receive it do to fake shipping label. I tried to contact Stepprs & they just ignored me.

organise a speedy delivery , instead of giving a standard reply about the surge in popularity !! they keep telling me that my order is on the way BUT it has been with the delivery company for at least 7 days and still NO sign of it . They say you should receive it in the next few business days . What a terrible service !!!!!

These are INCREDIBLY uncomfortable. Shipping took 4 weeks. I was drawn in by the egg ad on instagram and I can’t tell you how much I hate these insoles. I need arch support but this is an awful way to get it. Sticking with my Dr. Scholls inserts.
