Avoid these liars! Brought some last year that were good so got some more, they took 5 weeks to deliver and they have changed them with no warning. They are hard and uncomfortable, a massive disappointment. Their customer service rep is clearly a poor AI bot promises a replacement order and free gift. 3 weeks after the email I enquired about the replacements and got an email offering 40% refund instead. This is a shocking way to treat repeat customers and pure lies! Avoid this brand!

I never received item. Customer service was very delayed. I’m out the money and no insoles.

This has been one of the worst experience I've ever had dealing with an overseas company or any company for that matter. Ordered my insoles 11/7/25 and after a month of not receiving my order, I sent an email to Steppers inquiring about my order. 2 weeks later I sent another email as I hadn't heard back. When I did hear back a week later they told me my order had been delivered and sent proof of delivery to me. It was sent to New Jersey, I live in Texas. After several more weeks and a few emails later with Steppers saying my order had been delivered, they relented and shipped out my order which took an other 2 weeks to get here. When I finally recieved my order the name on the package was not me and the insoles I ordered were 4 sizes to small. I give up Steppers, you win. Wierd business model you have

I paid for 4-6 day shipping, I ordered product and received email on January 11th with tracking number and I’m still waiting for it to arrive a month later! Unacceptable!! Not to mention it’s coming from China! How do you not have the product in stock here??? What a joke your shipping is! Keep this up and you’ll be out of business

It literally took 3 months for them to arrive from china (tracked them) and customer service is non existent!! They literally have not emailed me back!!!! They told me to tell them when I receive the product so they can give me some money back for such a long delay and when I told them they never email me back at all!

Ordered a pair and was excited to try them out. First day still had foot pain. So I thought I would just need to get used to them. Tried them for a month and pain was worse. I emailed requesting to return them and I got an email back saying they would send me a new pair as the pair I had may be faulty! I stupidly agreed to a new pair. A month passed and nothing so I had to contact them again and was told my replacement order had been processed. They finally arrived. So I though I would try the and disappointed to say they are rubbish! I just want my money back please. If I don’t hear back within 48hours. I will have no option but to request a charge bak via my bank. Do not buy. You will be disappointed and left out of pocket.

The item I received was to small even though the website said they would fit so I need to send them back but I can't get a return address from them so after spending £100 stuck with something I can't even use please don't order anything from this company as the items on their website can be found a lot cheaper and they won't give you a return address even after a lot of emails

Ordine mai ricevuto, servizio clienti fake, nessuna risposta alle richieste di istruzioni né di rimborso. Paghi ma non ti arriva nulla.
