Was told I could order 2 pairs of Stepprs different size and colour and pay the special price for the pair. So I place a order for myself and wife and was charged full cost for individual pair.

I didn't receive the right size and I ordered my wife 2 pairs and got and myself 2 pairs for myself. I received my wifes pairs 4 times. And my pairs were the same as hers. I didn't receive my size 10 to 11 sizes. Not happy at all

Awful product, same product is available on Temu for £1. No support no cushion and won’t take returns

I ordered on February 7. I received one email with a tracking number. I have been monitoring. I never received another. It now says fulfilled. I NEVER received my order. I have tried to contact the company with no results. Terrible company. SCAM SCAM SCAM Took $48 from me. Do not recommend. Should've known not to order of the Facebook. SCAM

Tried to purchase from this company but haven’t received an order confirmation in over a week, haven’t sent multiple emails and tried to contact through every avenue with response. STAY WELL CLEAR

Order was sent promptly however the insoles themselves are like marshmallows. I can’t believe that they have helped anyone. I have since invested in orthotics which are far superior. While the Steppers were cheaper, they were and absolute waste of money. In short I got ripped off by a well promoted and styled product. The glowing reviews on their site must be fake.

Awful company, do everything to avoid given you a refund even though their own add clearly states a refund within 90 days if not happy? I opened mine after 6hrs and so far 2 pointless emails doing everything to avoid the refund? How bad is their product? Within 6 hrs I had to remove and get an urgent GP appointment. Pain now present 14 days so for me an absolute diabolical product. Thankfully paid via PayPal and now opened a dispute, which is time delaying but ensures they will have to refund

Product has been stuck in limbo for weeks. It's now Feb 9th. It made it to my state and then went right back north for some reason. Contacted support, never heard back. Probably just file a dispute with my bank. (It is now June and never received the product, support never got back to me either). Don't trust steppers.
