StepprsReviews of stepprs.com

Actually fit without having to trim them! They’re perfect. Very comfortable.

My order came quickly. I love the product, which is why I ordered it a second time.

I work in food service and deal with plantar fasciitis on a regular basis. The pain is enough to make me limp around the restaurant. My very first time putting on Stepprs I literally cried out of relief. I was standing in my work shoes and my foot didn't hurt! Later on, after a long work day, my foot still hurt a bit but it was at a tolerable level, and I didn't need to limp! It may not be a miracle cure but I could not believe how much these insoles mitigate my discomfort and allow me to function better and move as quickly as I need to move at work. As if that's not enough, I made an error when ordering my soles and got the wrong sizes, customer service took care of me no questions asked and went above and beyond to satisfy an issue that was my mistake in the first place. I'll be ordering more of these when they eventually wear through. Thank you Stepprs!

Fast and courteous service

I highly recommend these, my foot started with the stepped, took a few weeks but now I can walk a lot better.

I ordered some insoles to try from Stepprs. During the time of my order, they had a promotion, I believe, that I got the massage roller for my plantar fasciitis for a discounted price when I ordered the insoles. I’m in so much pain every day that I thought why not? I couldn’t wait for my order to arrive. The day came and I was so excited to use the massage roller. I am on my feet all day from sun up to sun down and then some! I got the massage roller out and went to roll it along my foot and I felt a “click” the very first time I used my roller it snapped in half. Nothing dramatic, just a small click. I was devastated. I’m at my breaking point with my pain. So I emailed Stepprs and to my surprise they were able to get me a replacement roller and for my troubles sent me an extra pair of heel cushions! Something to mention, these insoles are thee best things that my feet have ever touched!!! Hands down will be ordering a back up pair just incase something happens. I refuse to take my shoes off now unless I’m heading to bed. They are so supportive. So cushioned. They have so much support without my arch aching. And from someone who works at the hospital for 10+ hrs a day and has tried everything to calm the pain of being on my feet all day, take it from me!! Absolutely love this company!

My order was delivered to the wrong address, stepprs were notify & sent me out a replacement order without hearing back from the delivery company & them excepting responsibility for the stuff up

They have arrive and all I can say is wow I have neuropathy in my feet and the pain has dropped to a all time low over them thank you very much 🙏🙏🙏
