After waiting for the second shipment to actually arrive at my home ( the first order was lost somewhere in shipping), I’ve tried them in several different shoes, and they seem to help is some shoes and not really make a long term difference in others? So I’m just not quite sure about them really helping me long term??
Response from StepprsJun 22, 2025

I like the insoles but they are too thick and makes my shoes feel really tight. I can only use them with shoes that fit me big :-(
Response from StepprsJun 22, 2025
Hi Celia, Thanks so much for your honest review! We’re glad you like the insoles, but we’re sorry to hear they feel too thick in some of your shoes. A good tip is to try removing the original insoles from your shoes before inserting Stepprs — that often helps reduce tightness. If you’re still finding them uncomfortable, feel free to reach out — you’re always covered by our 90-day satisfaction guarantee. The Stepprs Team
