Excellent product, really nice in soles, reasonable price. Value for money. Took 2 weeks to get it but it was worth the wait.

I ordered three of the stepprs insoles for a family member and they arrived in time. Unfortunately they were too small (I ordered incorrectly) and Stepprs corrected the issue without any hassle. Great product and great Customer Care.

I was waiting for about 2 weeks so the delivery time was terrible but I don't blame them for the delay sometimes this happens. I'm on my feet all day and my feet hurt pretty bad. I received them yesterday and was able to wear them in my boots today and I'm really surprised at how good they worked. I am going to be honest so as to encourage the next customer to give them a try. I'm not paid or work in any way for the people who created and sell them. Just being honest. My only hope is that they continue to provide the support they provide and hope they don't flatten out. I will be honest if they do I'll definitely be back to add to my review. But so far so good I encourage the next person to try them and hopefully they feel the same satisfaction.

I am very happy with the Insoles you delivered to me. My feet are now supported in ways they weren't before. Although my insoles took a little while to be delivered, Customer Service were very responsive and I really appreciated that.
