Finally the solution for my plantar fasciitis.

Inserts are very squishy and add comfort to shoes that are hard or uncomfortable. It does have some arch support but not as much as a harder type insole with raised arch. I think this is a good balance between adding a cloud like cushion while still providing some arch support. I ordered a size matching my shoe size but they were too short. The company was very helpful and sent me, for free, an upsized set that filled the shoe length as expected. I wear size 11. The replacement pair they sent was size 13 and they fit my size 11 shoes very well. Appreciate that they have great customer service.

Good product, got the wrong size and I need to get another one. The only thing I dont like that its takes time to arrive.

They are comfortable and help my feet when I wear the shoes I have them in. Just a good product.

My son planted wrong taking a shot and had excruciating pain for weeks after that. He tried heel inserts, icing, and ibuprofen but nothing helped. I ordered these for him to try and he hasn’t had any pain. It was instantly better! I highly recommend this product.

These are amazing, really didnt know what to expect with such an inexpensive cost compared to other insoles; amazed!
