Dear Saul, Thank you for sharing your honest feedback about your experience with Stepprs insoles. We're always striving to improve our products and services, and your input is valuable to us. We understand that the level of comfort can be subjective, and while our insoles are designed to provide support and cushioning for a wide range of foot types and preferences, they may not be the ideal solution for everyone. We appreciate your specific suggestions regarding the thickness of the heel and support for the balls of your feet. We will definitely take your feedback into consideration as we continue to develop and refine our products. If you have any further feedback or suggestions, please don't hesitate to contact our customer support team at [email protected]. Thank you for your understanding. Sincerely, The Stepprs Team
