They were not what I expected
They were not what I expected, especially after seeing the Instagram video that had sold me on the product. They do not provide the additional support I hoped for, which is disappointing, especially after waiting weeks for the product.

Shipping time was horrible
Shipping time was horrible, also, I was supposed to get a discount, NADA, these insoles are OK, there are other ones at Walmart that are just as good and 1/3 the price. These insoles are not that cushiony.

Somewhat disappointed
These feel more spongy and less supportive than I would’ve expected. They don’t really do a lot for the arch, which is a key area of the foot in order to relieve the pain of plantar fasciitis. They are also rather thick and difficult to fit in certain footwear. So I’m overall somewhat disappointed.

It definitely helps reduce the pain on…
It definitely helps reduce the pain on the feet at first but after only 3-4 weeks, I've noticed that the padding started to get flattened after long uses and pain started to come back slowly. I thought might last longer than it did. But still decent performance.

Hello
Hello, they broke down very quick, I have been wearing them for about a month and I already fell like I need to replace them! I am on my feet for a good 8 hours and a lot of walking! Not sure how long they are supposed to last normally either.

They help some with my high arches but…
They help some with my high arches but I’ve noticed if I’m not walking for exercise with the inserts my feet feel fatigued

Sizes are too small
The insoles quality is fine, but the sizes are off. I ordered originally the size 10, which is my normal running shoe size in mens USA, and it was small. So i gave them to my wife. And then I re-ordered some size 11s thinking at least it would be a little long, and they came in the same size as the size tens, too small like a real size 9 and not even detailed on the package what size they actually are. The company gave me a refund so im not mad, just unsatisfied with the size issues on 2 orders.
