The product itself is good, provides comfort for my feet where needed, I’m not sure if there is a huge difference between this product and other items available locally. I was extremely disappointed about the whole shipping process, the steppers were shipped from china and took much longer than what the website states. If you’re a US company why would you not have ample stock in the US? Waiting for 3-4 weeks for the order was disappointing and somewhat a let down when my order was finally delivered.
