BIG RED FLAG! DO NOT RECOMMEND
I unfortunately fell into their marketing trap.!! While I'm well informed and educated (I have a Master's degree in digital marketing), I am aware of those types of companies that spend more money on their marketing campaigns/ads than the actual product itself! Well, this is one of those companies. I was really hesitant to buy a pair because I heard of it from a Facebook ad, and I fell into their trap.
Most of the reviews are rated 5 stars, and state that the products are truly amazing, solve all their feet issues, last a long time (I even read a review saying that they lasted 2 years... well, it's wrong), etc, etc.
While they first feel really nice, comfy and soft, they don't last at all. I work in a big kitchen and do between 10 000 to 20 000 steps a day, and they lasted me only 3 months! So much for being durable. No comment.
Also, another BIG RED FLAG, a lot of the reviews appear more than one time with a different name!!!! I guess that most of the reviews are entirely false and made up (probably by the company itself) or in exchange for remuneration!
Last thing, their "sales" are totally fake as well. I bought a pair in January 2026 for $31.50 CAD, and right now (June 2026) they are on "sale" for $39! A pure marketing joke. Fake sales and discounts.
Another RED FLAG, their products are shipped from CHINA, and it took 2 whole weeks to arrive!
If you read that far, please save your money and go to a proper store to buy a pair of insoles.

Absolutely shocking
Absolutely shocking. Placed an order at start of May, put the “insurance” on it. To be told that evri have sent it back with no explanation. Emailed customer support, very little help , asked for a refund but still no correspondence. Really really unhappy about this. Would avoid at all cost.

Biggest load of rubbish
Biggest load of rubbish I've ever bought and when I tried to return them for a complete refund should I not be 100% satisfied as stated in their advert I got fobbed off with some lame excuse that they may be faulty and sent a replacement pair which are excactly the same RUBBISH

Probably the worse inner soles that…
Probably the worse inner soles that I’ve purchased.
I’ve asked for a refund and just got an email saying I don’t have to return them but still no money back.
I’ve asked the credit card company to stop the payment as not only are they uncomfortable, they also took a while to arrive.
