My experience was great. I enjoy the insoles. I wore a hole in one of them just after a couple months, but I contacted customer service and they offered to replace them for me. Hopefully the next pair holds up longer

I bought one pair of steppers to try them out, thought they were brilliant, so I ordered 5 pairs to save a lot of money, very happy with the result, so comfortable, thank you 👍

They do make a significant difference in step comfort.

My feet love them, my ankles don't. The insert I removed from the shoe to replace with Stepprs was thicker so my ankles hit the shoe sides rubbing and causing irritation. I considered the "height" insert to fix this but was not sure it would solve the issue.

The products is well worth purchasing but your website is impossible to maneuver. Personally, I have 2 feet but you are insistent I purchase 4 pairs to save more. I am well aware of what I want and need and disappoint your business plan ordering 1 pair. My next issue is all the ( please excuse me) junk you have placed to order like foot massagers that appear to be hair rollers. All the extras you included make it extremely difficult to order the most important product which is steppers and get to check out where more offers are made not sure if you placed your order or not. The only reason I gave a 4 star rating was for the product and not the path of no return to purchase it.

It took almost 2 months to get to me. Their customer service , I would rate a C- . They responded but was no help at all and simply ignored my request for a refund. But I just got the stepprs and I gotta say this product is AMAZING!!!! I WILL buy again only because the product really is A+ .

I’m currently wearing the insoles and they are wonderful so i decided to order a few more for other shoes. I received a 10% off code but never got a chance to use it at checkout.
