Ordered via facebook two weeks ago No email correspondence but did turn up and are very comfortable.

I am really appreciative that this company cares so much. I recently got an order and wasn’t ecstatic about them. I do struggle with plantar fasciitis so I do get quite bad feet pain, after reaching out to the company they couldn’t be any more apologetic and are now sending me a free pair as well as a free heel cushion to ensure I am getting the full experience. I am so grateful thank you so much

16th March - quick to process order but delivery times look slow

The insoles proved to be excellent have no complaint and have even ordered more. The only hick-up is it took too long to arrive. BUT it is a great product.

EASY TO ORDER. TOOK AWHILE TO GET THE STEPPERS, BUT I LUV THEM IN MY BOOTS. NOW I JUST NEED TO FIND SOME FOR BEING ON CONCRETE ALL DAY. WILL BUY AGAIN!

Note: product finally showed up and going OK thus far but not the miracle solution I expected :( Would love to be able to review the actual product but still waiting for them to arrive. Parcel arrived in Brisbane over a week ago but was then sent to Sydney even though I live 1 hour from BNE in the Tweed :(
