took care of all of my 3 businesses. The reason why not five star is I occasionally had to remind that they were replying to wrong business. Replied back to me but for the wrong business. I had to watch very carefully on that issue once or twice.

I processed the requested paperwork within three days, but then the process seemed to stall. It took several contacts before I was finally given an account manager, who didn't move things ahead. I was then assigned a new account manager. This guy had it wrapped up in less than a week. Took about three months to get it handled. I am happy with the results. Now just waiting on the IRS.

Everyone was helpful, but the communication was lacking after I started receiving my money

It was a great experience, except I, was told I would have the funds within six months, and that did not happen. When people ask how; long will the process take to get your funds, please be honest and say it can take six months or longer. I appreciate that I have had someone call me every month and let me know my status with the IRS.

There was a bit of shuffling around in terms of who I was working with during different phases of the process. That wasn't always clearly communicated. There were also some automated emails that did not correspond with the phase of the process I was currently working on. Other than that it has been a good experience to date.

Completion and submission of documentation was great. I had to do more than I expected to make sure that claims were tracked and paid out properly.
