Controller
We were first informed by Stenson Tamaddon that our first quarter 2021 941X return had been rejected by the IRS. Now we are told that it is still being processed. To date we have not received a refund. We feel that we are not being given accurate information and do not know how to get correct answers to our questions.
Response from Stenson TamaddonFeb 15, 2023
Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We apologize for any confusion or frustration you may have experienced regarding your 941X return. While we understand your disappointment, we want to clarify that we have no control over the IRS processing timeline for tax filings. We do our best to provide accurate information and updates, but unfortunately, we cannot control how long it takes the IRS to process returns and issue refunds. We understand that it's important for you to have accurate information and updates about the status of your return, and we apologize if we were not able to provide that for you. To ensure that you have the most up-to-date information about your return, we've asked a member of our customer service team to reach out to you with an update as soon as possible. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us at [email protected]. We will do our best to provide you with the most accurate information and support possible. Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope to be able to assist you further in the future.

Didn't receive professional help!
When I hired them to review ERC credit, I was assured that I would be able to discuss with a CPA. All I got was people who had no idea about qualifying for ERC. Luckily, I had done my homework and knew what quarters were qualifying and which weren't. Had I listened to them I would have a lot more money, but would definitely be audited by the IRS. Would not use this company again.

My only complaint is that I was Ghosted
My only complaint is that after everything was submitted I asked for some time to get the skinny on what was going to happen next. I was sent an email on 11/21/22 that said "I see you signed the final 941X, thank you. I will reach out to you as soon as I can if you have any more questions." And I have heard nothing since.

Asked multiple times for the same information
I liked working with your team, however, I was asked multiple times for the same information (941's, tax returns, etc) when I had already sent it.
