We would NOT use you again.
Clearly Stenson Tamaddon setup a high volume low service model that is not very customer friendly. Communication was poor until we started pressing, once we found that our local accountant could do the job their returns were processed quickly and the checks arrived before the earlier returns we did through Stenson Tamaddon. We would NOT use Stenson Tamaddon again.

They are great at the beginning because…
They are great at the beginning because I think they want their money but when things gets hard they drop the ball and too much turn over that I can never get anyone to do their job and help me get my erc money. I gave up. They’re loose because I still had two more quarters that they could have gotten their share. I will not recommend them to anyone for anything.

Delays and confusion
We ultimately had 3-4 people work in this as we kept being assigned new advisors. This created a lot of delay. Additionally, we had to keep clarifying the same questions over and over. Lastly, even when everything was supposedly completed it took months to file the returns.

Errors in filing 941-X
A portion of my ERC 941-X were filed incorrectly, inadvertently including the owner salary, which necessitated a re-filing, and a refund of monies to the IRS which is complicated and runs the risk of red flags for auditing.

Too many people that I had to deal with…
Too many people that I had to deal with regarding our ERTC application. Then I had to stay on the processors when only 1 of my 2 companies were processed. It took more time than it should have and my wasted time wasn't compensated with anything - not even apologies. Your company made 12.5% on processing forms and showed no urgency.

Lack of consistent and current information, response, communication
Information sent by Stenson Tamaddon on 01/13/2022 is not consistent with information or status updates obtained by our internal team members working directly with the IRS/IRS Advocate. We have had issues with response, communications, and lack of knowledge/expertise since our first engagement with Stenson Tamaddon.

Charging 20% of the revenue due back…
Charging 20% of the revenue due back from the government is grossly overcharging for the service. Most other companies are 10%. I didn't read the fine print about it till it was too late. Never again!
