Provided all docs you asked for and you kept asking for the same docs over and over. Never got anything from you even though I paid upfront. Used another company and got $155k. Sent them the same docs I sent you.

The worst service ever. The man that helped me promised to take a 12.5% cut and instead took 15. Stay away. Plenty of other companies to go through that don't have shady employees.

nightmare with the ERC processing. The least smooth transaction I have ever experienced. I was hoping that this company would make this easy, but from the get go it has been a nightmare. Different people saying they are in charge, lack of communication, having to send the exact same requested documents as many as 5 times because they cant seem to keep track of anything- and now we are 4 months in and they havent even sent the paperwork to the IRS because they claim they have been working on an internal processing error for well over a month. Totally not a dependable company to do this with. Couldnt be much more desappointed or irritated.

Absolutely terrible follow-up skills. I called and emailed and texted and not even the courtesy of a response going back to November.

The communication was dreadful. We had to essentially push the entire project along. The contacts kept changing and we had to speak with people outside of the contracted organization. I would not have used you had I have known how this would play out. I am not sure what we paid you to do. We could have easily done this on our own.

Have never had a worse experience with a vendor, especially not one of professional services. It was very frustrating and I’m glad it’s over.
