Stelo comes with two arm monitors. My first one worked fine. The second one did not work and Stelo would not replace or reimburse for it. Their customer service is almost nonexistent. Use the other guy. Stelo does not deserve your business because they have poor business practices.

Unfortunately I have had the same bad experience as others. The sensors stop working sometimes after a week, sometimes after an hour and essentially, there is no customer service. If you have a hour or two you can figure out how to contact customer service and then they send you questionnaires that you have to fill out with excruciating details! If you weren't upset that the sensor died you will be when you try do deal with the so called support.

Terrible company with malfunctioning sensors. For a while the best thing I could say about Stelo is that they quickly sent me replacement sensors when I had one with inaccurate readings, until they decided to stop sending me replacement sensors. At this point I've had more sensors give innaccurate readings than accurate ones. I should have looked at the low TrustPilot score before deciding to try these Stelo sensors. I tried asking support for help to make sure I'm applying the sensors in the right place on my arm or otherwise applying them properly. Never heard back. It wasn't too bad when they would just keep replacing the faulty sensors, though frustrating. But when they stop replacing the faulty sensors, they go from a frustrating waste of money to a complete and utter waste of money. Don't even expect support to be helpful at all. Any company that can't offer any kind of refund or quality support should be avoided.

This company sucks. I placed an order with the wrong address and immediately told him to cancel it and they gave me the corporate middle finger and told me sorry Charlie all sales are final. Why would anyone ever behave like this?

The first 7 days were great, on day eight I felt pain and when I looked there was blood showing under the patch. I took the sensor off and tried to file a complaint. The AI chat bot is the most worthless thing in the world. They obviously do not care about offering support for this product. Even when I got a chat with a person they still got it wrong. The complaint form had standard questions with drop down answers and no ability to state what really happened. When it worked it was great, but then it didn't. Horrible customer service.

I was getting tired of the Libre CGM's constant alarms. So, I switched to the Dexcom Stelo (no alarms). $90 for 2 sensors/on insurance coverage via CVS/Dexcom. The first sensor was started on Monday. It failed within 5 hours. I requested a replacement. The online portal is very annoying. A chat bot...and when you log in you still have to provide all of the information to the bot and then again to the live person. Why even log in? What is the point if they don't have your information? And why give the information twice? I removed the failing sensor and put on the second one. So far, I have had a constant 'low' reading. Numbers below 70 and I did a finger test...I am not below 70. I have had this sensor on for 6 hours and now I am getting a note "Brief Sensor Issue, Wait 3 hours". Solid chance it has failed as well. I have had the libre for 3 years, a total of 72 sensors. I have had only 4 failed sensors in that time and immediate replacement with any issues. So, I think these Dexcom sensors are trash. I am awaiting a replacement sensor to try again. If I have any issues with this 3rd sensor, I am done with this brand. If you are thinking of switching, I strongly urge you not to waste your time, money and energy. Based on the other reviews, this company is well aware that the Dexcom Stelo is unreliable at best and a scam at worst. They will not refund your money no matter how many issues you have. This item should be removed from the market.

My sensor failed in only the second day. Worse, the automated customer service chat bot mandated that I enter a serial number before I could submit a service request (s/n is not printed on the sensor itself, and once I stuck it in my arm I no longer kept the packaging). This product is a nice idea, but at $50/unit I can’t afford to just swap out sensors after 2 days. Lousy/non-existent customer service really pissed me off.

My fasting glucose levels were continually reading high and in the pre-diabetic range. I even went to have actual lab draws done due to my concerns of high fasting blood sugar. Once the labs came back and from continually checking my blood glucose with a finger stick, I found that dexcom Stelo was reading 10 to 20 points higher at varying times throughout the day. I understand a little discrepancy but this was significant and what is the point of tracking your blood sugar if the numbers are this far off? I also have been unable to get a hold of anyone in customer service to discuss this issue. This is a terrible product with terrible customer service.
