No sensors lasted 14 days.Last sensors shipped worked 1st for18 hours 2nd less than 48 hours.Stelo has no customer support.Took hours online and on phone for case number. After call recieved email tech support would contact me on 1 to 2 buisness days.5 buisness days later I email tech supportstll yet to hear back.Phone, chat, email, no support.Leads me to believe stelo is a company on its last legs.I will never do buisness with this company again.I advise all others to stay far away.

First time user ordered 3mo supply only to learn minutes later that the app does not run on my android. immediately contacted customer service to cancel the order but was told they cannot cancel it despite being literally less than 8minutes ago. FFS! THERE'S $300 IN THE TOILET!

They basically stole from me and the customer service is non existent to help resolve - I purchased a 2-pack of Stelo sensors for $100. Upon arrival, I applied the first sensor following the standard application instructions, but the device failed to function entirely. To ensure it wasn’t an application error on my end, I applied the second sensor from the exact same order using the identical procedure… that second sensor worked perfectly. Because the first sensor was clearly defective out of the box, I returned it as requested. Receiving a notice three weeks later stating that you "are unable to validate" the issue and will not issue a replacement is unreasonable. I paid for two working sensors, but only received one functional product.

I feel like I'm shouting into the void because there are so many other reviews like this. I doubt that Stelo will change anything because of it. I paid for a 3 month subscription, and so far, out of 5 devices, I have had 4 devices go bad. 2 of them, the company replaced, but 2 of them, they did not. I feel like they saw that I had been reporting bad devices a lot, and just decided that I was lying or something? I just know that I keep having their devices go bad, and the last 2 times, they denied that it was bad. My current device is the last straw. It just constantly shows "below 70". I am not hypoglycemic. It has also been cutting out regularly with "temporary issue", but unless that lasts for over 3 hours, they don't care. They say it's working fine. My device is currently only reporting a few numbers every hour, and they are always "Under 70". Anyway, I'm finished with Stelo/Dexcom. They won't be getting any more of my money, as they have more defective devices than good ones, and then they won't replace all of their defective ones. These are too expensive to just be throwing away.

I’m new to using these sensors, and unfortunately both of mine had problems. One sensor stopped working completely, and the other fell off. Getting a replacement for a sensor that falls off is much more difficult than it should be. You have to provide the date you applied it and the serial number. As a first-time user, I wasn’t expecting to need that information, so I didn’t write it down. For the sensor that stopped working, the replacement process through the app was quick and easy. I signed up for the three-month subscription, but I’m canceling it. It’s simply too expensive to pay for a product that doesn’t work reliably.

Had a sensor fail prematurely after only 3 days. Filed a claim . No human response. Actually no response at all. I then filed another claim because I could not a human to speak with. Crickets...I like the product but I can't continue with a company that does not stand behind their product. They can redeem themselves by responding to people. Ghosting us is terrible business.

I've been using Stelo's CGM for close to a year. For me, it's been a dangerous device. Often reading 30 to 40 below my actual glucose level. Their customer service is practically non-existent. You fill out a form to lodge inaccuracies or device failures (50% of devices fail). Seldom do they replace defective devices.
