As a non-diabetic looking for info on glucose levels, I was excited to try Stelo. My first monitor worked well and helped me understand when spikes were occurring. I couldn't cross check for accuracy but at least it was directional. Problems set in with my 2nd and 3rd sensors. One stopped working a day after I put it on. They sent me a new one for free but it never worked. I contacted support again who took over a week to get back to me only to send a vague message that no replacement would be provided. This is not a reliable product so I cannot recommend it. Imagine how awful this situation would be for someone who needs this device for medical reasons!

I really liked the dexcon CGM device, but it was more information than I needed, so was happy when they came out with the Stelo. I like the app and interface, but their customer service is a bot that only knows how to ask you to fill out a request form no one ever follows up on. Devices don't always work and need to be replaced. It takes about a month and a lot of effort on my part before they "investigate" and replace them. I'm going to try a different device with live people on customer service that follow up.

Well ,,””it started out great,I received my first Stelo order and had the nurse install it and it performed well for the 15 day period , then thing took a change for the worse , my next monitor was installed by the nurse and it was applied to the other arm , for the 1st week it felt like a needle was in my arm and couldn’t sleep as the pain increased while laying on that side ?, the unit lasted 15 days , the next unit the nurse applied a new sensor and it bleed for2 days and the numbers didn’t seem correct and it only lasted only 13 days , the fourth sensor I applied and all was well up to the 12 day then it stopped ??? in the future I’m going to wait until this company perfects its product instead of experimenting with its customer base and the product and they can guarantee their product to perform more consistently or someone else developed a more reliable product

I want to love this product, but it’s left me wanting. I’ve been subscribed since the product hit the market, but multiple sensors in the past several batches failed at start up and never paired. Removing a failed sensor with fresh glue is torture, too. Since customer service is AI, it is days for resolution and there’s no one to speak with—ever. My recent order was lost in the mail—not Stelo’s fault—but the replacement process is now in its second week because of the lack of comms. 50% of the time, it works everytime.

I ordered and received 2 CGM sensors from Dexcom/Stelo. The first one worked fine for its life of 15 days. The second one was defective and never paired with my phone. The company doesn't have any live customer service service, only a "chatbot". I have put in 2 requests to the chatbot in 5 days for a replacement of this defective sensor and have not even received any reply or message about it from the chatbot. Very disappointed with the lack of customer service and understaffed customer service staff of Dexcom/Stelo.
