I wanted this to be a good experience, but like so many of the other reviewers, I have had nothing but trouble from them. They are wildly inaccurate compared to my very good brand fingerstick test. Where the CGM often shows that it is in low normal range with good numbers, like 99 or 110, only to do a stick test and find out that it's actually 164 or higher! This could be very dangerous for someone trying to keep glucose in a safe range. If I were just relying on the Stelo CGM, all of these months are passing that I would be assuming that I was in good safe range, and had rectified the health issue. It's only because I'm also using a stick test every few days alongside them, that I even knew anything was off. Very disappointing, especially given the cost!

Two out of five sensors failed. Customer service was uneven and required too many calls and unrealistic evidence, such as the serial number that is only on the containers I threw away. They have my data and the invoices did not have the serial number. If a product fails I expect replacement or reimbursement.

Glucose monitor worked for about 6 days and then it gave me false readings for a whole day. I contacted them, they never followed up and closed the case. I chatted with a live agent and he said they reviewed it and since it didn’t have an error message it wasn’t elegible for replacement.

Latest Stelo Android Update Made My Sensors Unusable. I was using Stelo without issues until a recent update, after which I can no longer connect to sensors. On Aug 7 my sensor disconnected and wouldn’t reconnect. On Aug 8 a new sensor failed to pair, and on Aug 9 another from a different lot had the same issue. I tested on a Pixel 10 Pro XL (Android 17) and Pixel 6 Pro (Android 16), neither could pair. Since everything worked before the update, this suggests an app or Bluetooth pairing issue. I like Stelo when it works, but it’s unusable for me.

The seemed to work fairly well until it didn’t. It lost contact with my Bluetooth after just a few days and told me to go buy a new one at $100 a month, that’s BS. The only support line I could find was an AI bot, not a live person. So until somebody reaches out to me and gets me a new monitor, I’ll just keep on leaving bad reviews. If you’re going to have something that you charge us much for you better have good support and back your product up.

one of the two sensors only worked for 14 hour and died. my live chat was just dropped twice after i mentioned the issue. Third time they said they will investigate. After 1 month! they responded that there is no refund. Buch of crooks - never buying a sensor from them again.

I just want to register a complaint. I won't be using this product any more. I have had multiple sensors that have failed over the last couple of years. My current sensor is reading between 90 and 120 and never goes beyond that. As a person with diabetes, that's not possible. When I check it against a finger stick, it is consistently off by 40 or more points. I'm done.

A lot of sensor issues. There is no US support number. First it is chat bot then connects you with live agent when you request it. The human agent was insisting on me answering promotional questions about their partners before she would even report my sensor failure issue. I have lost 4 sensors. I have thus canceled my subscription And as expected from my chat experience they are refusing to send me replacement product. I will try Libre 3 freestyle. My mom has been using that with no issues.
