Terrible product. Not tested and ready for prime use for 15 days. I never completed 15 days. They need to fix the Bluetooth connection with the sensor. It loses the connection so often that the readings are irrelevant for a glucose monitor. Customer service is terrible and argues that maybe I didn't read the Stelo guide. Already cancelled the subscription.

Been using for about a year I last three of all had problems. Some lasted for three days some less for three hours. Customer service is useless. They tell you they will open a case and you never hear from them again make sure you save your old applicators because they’ll want all the numbers off if you have a problem, which I’m sure most people don’t do cancel my subscription.

Sensors fell off after 3 days & another after 5 days. Inconsistent readings varied between 2 sensors. Poor quality & adhesion problems. Customer support was terrible. Only bots & email response telling customer there are no refunds, even for unused sensors in sealed boxes. Do Not buy these sensors. Terrible product.

The tool can provide valuable information for controlling blood sugar levels, but that's where it ends. There customer service is about the worst I've encountered. Chat with a robot, then chat with a live person, spend an hour chatting back and forth then get the brush off. I've been using Stelo for well over a year and have had 3 different claims due to issues. They always have an excuse why they won't replace a sensor. They act like $50 for a sensor is no big deal, that's $150 for me in the last year. Haven't talked to an actual person ever!! Tempted to go back to Lingo CGM, they have people answering the phone and readily replace sensors with an issue.

An inferior product. Claims to last 15 days - I’ve never gotten more than 12. What’s worse is that after 8 days or so the readings go completely inaccurate. As much as 50-60 points lower than a finger stick. I’ve given this device nearly six months, but no more. Save your money. Don’t use Stelo.

5 sensors failed (all from the same Lot #) in a 2 week span. 3 of them after less than 24 hrs of insertion. Customer Service experience was dismal - would not replace. Save your $$ and your aggravation - run away!

The absolute worst. All day have been unable to get biosensor to connect to app, tried all list easy remedies with no success. If I had known would have never purchased . Their support is terrible. ! Bot,bot bot ! Would give a zero presently if I could. I was excited to try this product

I had TWO Stelo devices stop working the NEXT DAY!!! Filled out their support form and they responded two weeks later that they couldn't verify the problem. Really? The device and app communicates with Stelo and they can't verify?!?!? What crap load of horseshit!
