So anyone who started with stello tv back at the beginning of the year was probably really satisfied with the server and the response time but since about a month ago that being may or June of 2026 they no longer respond to and txt right away and then when they do the dont fix anything at all and since ive told them how disappointed I am they have completely stopped responding to my txt and I still have 2 months left on my services that I barely able to use because of ther lack of help I had gotten other people to check them out and they all are saying the same thing of how bad they have gotten I would definitely try to find a different service because this one just took the money and ran

Hello, this is a great app so many channels to enjoy my parents love it they love the old shows that some channels are showing, it's just a great app. Love it.

Customer service is non-existent - stream has not been working for over a week and have tried to contact customer support throughout that period with zero response. Total silence. Very disappointing- quick response and service for signing up but very bad customer service & support.

This company is great to have they reply in a timely manner when you need help, they keep you updated on things happening, switching from cable to them was the best decision I’ve made. Give them a try.

I've only had Stello for one day and it is great so far. No buffering and an excellent picture!! So happy we switched!!

I have had no access to all channels for 5 days due to buffering. Despite repeated Whatsapp messages reporting this issue I am still awaiting a response.
