Tech support was good for me....service seems good but just got today and haven't had time to try very much.

I am having issues with HTTP 511 error and have contacted support about 6 times via chat and email and am getting no response from Stello. UPDATE: Connected with Stello today and they got the issue fixed. I suspect they may have been quite busy yesterday but they made everything right. Their technician was patient and knowledgeable and worked me through the issue to completion. Outstanding customer service.

Such a great value for all the choices you get and you can ask to have certain ones added or removed. Customer support is A++. Very quick, attentive and amazing. Have multiple devices and still costs less than a month with all other services combined.

I had an issue about slow video on a play list. They jumped right in and had it fixed within 30 minutes.. Great service!!
