Working with Stellar Scientific was a pleasure - easy to set up account, found the item I needed and the price was very reasonable. The item arrived within several days and was exactly what I was expecting. I will definitely be shopping with Stellar Scientific in the future and will recommend this vendor to my associates.

Stellar has allowed me to sample items before I buy them for my lab, which is great as we are a startup with little room for wasteful purchasing. When I had a problem, Stellar was there with excellent customer service and assisted communications between me and the equipment manufacturer. Stellar is now my local go-to whenever I need lab supplies or equipment advice.

Had a very positive experience with Stellar Scientific. Even though there isn't as much overlap with their supplies and our company's needs, their rep (Lee J) helped identify what equipment we could purchase and the lag times, making sure it arrived when we needed it.

If you value good customer service when dealing with companies, then Stellar is a good choice for you. Any minor or major snafus in shipping of the products that I purchased were resolved within 24 hours. CS is also very willing to work with me to find products that suite my needs, and prices that work within my budget. Items come quickly and I've never had them be less than good quality. Overall, I would definitely recommend this company to others.

I was in a situation where I was looking for a very specific piece of equipment that was a part of an overall experimental setup of my own making. Compatibility was a huge issue, so I tried a few options from larger companies as well as Stellar Scientific. The person-to-person help, competitive pricing, and promptness I got from Stellar was far superior. I will absolutely look to order from them in the future whenever possible.
