I truly enjoyed working with Stellar Scientific. They kept me informed of the status of my order from the time it was placed, to the time it was delivered! I look forward to working with them in the future!

Superb Customer Service
I was able to quickly resolve a lengthy back order issue using the online chat feature. The chat rep, Jupe, was extraordinarily helpful.

Thank you very much David! You are the first person to comment on the chat feature since it went live. We appreciate hearing that it added value to your experience. And Jupe appreciated your recommending him for a VP position too!

Good price.
I've been looking for opaque gel boxes for Invitrogen mini-gels for months. One company had them at ~$20 each. Stellar Scientific had the same thing, but without the useless printed logo on them, for $5 each. Thanks!

Thank you Harriet for making time to share this with others. We're happy to be of service to you and glad to have delighted you with this surprise.

They went above and beyond!
Lee at Stellar Scientific is extremely friendly and helpful. Even though I needed plastic test tubes, for a craft project versus an actual medical necessity, Lee still helped find the perfect tubes for me. They arrived quickly and the communication has been great every step of the way. I was blown away by the customer service and kindness. The kids will have so much fun making their sensory tubes, and I will definitely be recommending Stellar Scientific to my friends in the medical community.
