The person I talked to, Lee J Lowenstein, was extremely helpful and did his best to get me a good deal, which is always welcome in an academic environment. Would very much recommend.

SciProf
I had an issue with an item that we purchased through Stellar, but shipped from the manufacturer. Stellar Scientific contacted the manufacturer and made them replace the item by overnight delivery, then followed up with me to ensure satisfaction! Very satisfied with the pricing and excellent customer service!
Response from Stellar ScientificJun 19, 2018
We are so appreciative SciProf that you made time to share this experience with our website visitors. It was pretty shocking to us to find out a used item had been shipped to you. Thank you very much for being so understanding and giving us the chance to make this right. We are very careful to choose only the best vendors as our partners. Nobody gets it right 100% of the time, but you can tell a lot about a company by how they respond when stuff happens.

Excellent customer service. The online chat feature is great with real people available to address your concerns/questions. The heat block I purchased for the lab came on time. Couldn't have asked for better service. They really are quite stellar.
