Custom ULT Storage solution
We needed a custom storage solution for a non-standard sample type stored in our ULT freezers, Stellar helped to draw up the blue prints for the racks, providing both a competitive quote and production window as well as providing quick and effective responses throughout the creation process. The items themselves matched the schematic perfectly, were extremely well built and reinforced in some areas beyond what we were expecting.

Go-To vendor for science supplies
Stellar Scientific was easy to work with. The products I ordered were perfect for my needs and of high quality. Communication both through live chat and email were extremely helpful. Delivery was on time with appropriate packaging to ensure products arrived in working condition. Great business ethics all around! My small business will benefit from this relationship!

Ordered an item that I believed to be…
Ordered an item that I believed to be in stock. One day later got an email that said the item was backordered until the end of the month. Update: Stellar responded to my review in minutes. Lee, the president of the company, reached out to me personally with a suggestion about how to fix the situation. I am seriously impressed by that level of customer service.

Fantastic company!
Lee J and the Stellar Scientific team are excellent. They are my "go to" supplier for almost all basic laboratory needs. I really like the personal touch of working with a smaller business as compared to the "big box" scientific retailers. I recommend Stellar Scientific without reservation. If you haven't shopped with them before, give them a try!

Definitely the best customer service
Definitely the best customer service I've had with a company. They always go above and beyond in helping me with my orders. When I needed specifics on equipment before purchasing, they were able to get in contact with manufacturing for me to get the answers. They even helped me out in fixing an order where I accidentally ordered too many of an item. Which was a sigh of relief since I was panicking about how to explain that to the boss when it came in. I love ordering from them.
