Everything was great with ordering and product, but getting multiple survey request emails multiple days before the product was delivered was annoying. Given you have the tracking information, why don’t you coordinate with the survey company?

We will bring this to the attention of the survey company asap. The review trigger is currently set off when a customer completes a purchase and not when the product ships. We should be able to add in a delay time so the request is more aligned with the shipping. Give us a few days to try to get it fixed and let us know if we've improved the experience. Thank you again!

Great communication, great product. It took a few days to finally ship, but I knew that going into the deal. Once it shipped it got here in a day! This is the first time I've tried Stellar, but I definitely will return to them the next time I need something they sell! Great job, Stellar!

Centrifuge could have been packaged a little better. Package was severely damaged in shipment. Unit was not damaged and is in good working order. I am very happy with my new centrifuge. I would definitely purchase from Stellar Scientific again. Customer service was absolutely Superb.
