Stellar scientific is an absolutely wonderful company. Their service was personalized, thorough and speedy. Jupe helped us quickly find what we needed on the website. When everything else we tried to purchase for our upstart COVID19 PCR lab was unavailable, on back order, or took 1 week to receive, everything from Stellar scientific took 2 days from order. They had a thorough understanding of what inventory was available and what they could guarantee. Wonderful company to work with. We will be using them in the future.

This is a legitimate company and site. Stellar Scietific was very responsive. I left my item in their cart and received what I thought was robo-email. I answered it on Memorial Day and received a human response (thank you Lee!) within 3 hours. On a holiday?! Wow! Lee said if I ordered that day it would ship Tuesday. So I did. Fastest shipping ever. Ordered on a holiday, Monday about 7pm and received purchase Wednesday at 3:30 PM. Exceptional customer service. Stellar Scientific keeps you updated throughout the proces, emailing you, as needed and they have one click tracking. They also take PayPal for payment.
