I had to change my review from 1 star to 5. This company is incredible. The offer to correct my order brought me to tears. I really appreciate your customer service and kindness towards humanity. Thank you!!!!! original complaint: You did not send me what I ordered. I ordered medical grade, fda approved masks. You sent non medical, fda registered masks. I can't use these for the purpose in which they were ordered.

Please check your spam folder for the reply we sent you two days ago. We reached out immediately when you brought this to our attention and we intend on clearing this up . An email was sent to you this morning explaining what likely led to this misunderstanding. The mask market changes rapidly, as do our suppliers. There was no intent to mislead or misrepresent our product. Nevertheless, we will be happy to offer a full refund and ship you additional masks for free to support your charitable activities. Please let us know the best way to contact you to follow up.

Good product, we are using them on our Pyrex bottles and they fit well and are autoclavable.

Stellar was very helpful in my product searches. They answered the questions I had in a fairly prompt and efficient manner. They also responded to my personal request of putting a hold on one of my products in a timely manner, also. As far as the Microgem product goes, I have inspected it, but have not had the chance to operate it, which I hope to soon. It seems to be a very capable, very sturdy product.

Erdem T.
Great pipette tips. The tips are hydrophobic with an excellent retention, the products are dispatched super-fast after the order is placed. The company cares, as they call the customers personally and ask whether they can improve their services and product quality.
Response from Stellar ScientificJul 1, 2020
We are so grateful for your business Erdem and for this comprehensive review of both our Teepa Tips and the level of service we strive to deliver. Thank you so much for making time to share. We've passed this along to the team member you spoke with and gave her a big call out during this morning's check it. Your kind words are very appreciated. Thank you again.
